What will appear on my card statement?

No product name appears on your statement. Banks do not print item details; a statement line carries only the merchant name and the amount.

The merchant name shown is our registered commercial name, or an abbreviation of it, as registered with the payment institution. It is a company name and does not suggest lingerie or the adult category.

If you want to know the exact wording before you order, message us on WhatsApp at +90 536 695 85 97 (weekdays 09:00-18:00, GMT+3) and we will tell you the descriptor registered with the payment institution. There is no problem with checking first.

Cross-border note

Because the payment is processed abroad, your bank may also show a foreign transaction indicator and apply its own conversion — see currency and conversion. That affects the amount, not the description.
