Three things worth knowing before you order

1. Sizing cannot be fixed by returning. Once the hygiene seal on intimate apparel is opened it cannot be returned. Checking the size guide first solves the most common problem before it happens.
2. The parcel is discreet. Nothing on the outside identifies the contents — applied to every order by default, no request needed.
3. Shipping is priced by destination zone. There is no single flat rate; the exact amount appears in your cart once you select your country.
