How do I subscribe or unsubscribe from emails?

To subscribe: enter your email address in the newsletter field at the foot of the page. We send campaign, new-product and discount announcements there.

To unsubscribe: every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click is enough — you do not need to email us.

An important distinction

Unsubscribing does not affect order notifications. Order confirmations, shipping notices, invoices and password resets are transactional messages required to fulfil your order, and they continue.

You can also manage notification preferences from your account.

If you unsubscribed and still receive marketing email, send us a copy at [email protected] and we will check the record.
