How do I manage my saved addresses?

From your account you can save more than one address (home, work) and pick between them at checkout.

What to include

• Building and apartment number — the single most important field for the courier finding you.
• A phone number you can answer; couriers usually call before delivery, and on international shipments this is often how customs issues are resolved.
• For a workplace address, add floor or department.
• Postal code exactly as used in your country — an incorrect code is a common cause of misrouting on cross-border parcels.

An incomplete address delays delivery and can send the parcel to a depot (see delivery failed).
