Can I return part of my order?

Yes. Select which items you are returning when you open the request; the rest of the order is unaffected.

Each item is judged on its own rules — within one order, one item may be excluded for hygiene reasons while another is returnable (see non-returnable items).

Effect on shipping and discounts

• Free shipping: if the order qualified when placed, a partial return that drops the remaining total below the threshold is not charged shipping retroactively.
• Discount code: where a code applied across the cart, the share of the discount attributable to the returned item is deducted. The refund is therefore what you actually paid for that item, not its list price.
• Original shipping charge is not refunded on a partial return.
