When will I get my refund?

A refund has two stages:

1. Inspection. When the item reaches us it is checked against the hygiene and resaleability requirements. You are told the outcome.
2. Refund. Approved returns are refunded to the card used for payment.

How long the card takes

Once we process the refund, the time it takes to appear is set by your bank. On credit cards it often lands on the following statement period. On cross-border payments an extra day or two is common.

The refunded amount is what you actually paid for that item — if a discount code was applied across the cart, the share of the discount attributable to that item is deducted.

Currency note: refunds are issued in USD. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts again at the rate on the refund date, so the returned amount may not match the original charge to the cent. That difference is your bank's conversion, not a deduction by us.
