How do I exchange for a different size or colour?

Exchanges follow the same hygiene rules as returns: an item that cannot be returned cannot be exchanged either (see returning intimate apparel).

Where an exchange is possible:

1. Open a request from your orders and state which item you want exchanged and for which size or colour.
2. Send the item back with its original packaging, seal and tags intact.
3. Once it arrives and passes inspection, the replacement is dispatched.

A faster route on international orders

If the variant you want is in stock, placing a new order and returning the original is usually much faster than waiting for a parcel to travel back and a replacement to travel out — international round trips can take weeks. Remember to open the return request as well.
