Can I return intimate apparel?

Short answer: some items yes, some no — the line is drawn by whether the hygiene seal has been opened.

Excluded once the seal is opened

The right of withdrawal is excluded for intimate apparel, bodysuits, briefs, harnesses and body accessories once the hygiene seal, protective packaging or security tag has been unsealed, opened or tampered with after delivery. This is a consumer-law hygiene exception, not a shop policy we chose.

If the seal and packaging are intact, these items can still be returned within the cooling-off period.

Never accepted

Items that have been worn, tried on directly against the skin, washed or soiled cannot be accepted under any circumstances. Returned items are inspected; anything failing that inspection is returned to you.
