What should I check when the parcel arrives?

Last updated: 2026-08-20

Three checks at the door:

  1. Inspect the outer packaging. Crushing, tears, water damage or tape that has been opened and resealed are all reasons to open the box while the courier is present.
  2. Ask for a report if something is wrong. If the contents are damaged or items are missing, ask the courier to record a damage/shortage report. This document is the strongest evidence and makes resolution much faster.
  3. If in doubt, refuse the parcel. You can decline delivery and let us know.

Why it matters: without a report at delivery, proving that damage happened in transit becomes difficult — particularly on international shipments passing through several handlers.

If you accepted the parcel and only then noticed a problem, still contact us with photographs of the outer box and the item — follow damaged parcel. Keep the packaging until the case is closed.
