How do I track my parcel?

A tracking number is created when your order is dispatched. You can find it in three places:

• The shipping notification email sent at dispatch
• Your orders — in the order detail
• Order tracking — with an order number and email, no sign-in

The number shows where the parcel is, whether it has entered customs and when it is out for delivery.

No movement right after dispatch is normal. It usually takes a few hours for the carrier to scan the parcel into its system, and on international shipments the first scans can take longer. It does not mean anything is wrong.

On cross-border shipments the tracking often shows a pause at customs. That pause is handled by the authorities in your country, not by the carrier or by us — see customs and duties.
